TULLOCH , Peter Peace, aged 68, serves as the Chairman and Non-executive Director of each of Powercor Australia Limited, CitiPower Pty and ETSA Utilities. He is also a director of certain substantial shareholders of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and a director of certain companies controlled by certain substantial shareholders of the Company. Mr. Tulloch is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers and has spent more than 30 years in Asia. He was appointed a Non-executive Director of the Company in April 2002.
